Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Customers will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp notification once the order is ready for dispatch.

Standard delivery within Dubai and nearby Emirates: 2–5 business days.

For heavy machinery or large orders, delivery may take 5–10 business days depending on logistics arrangements.

You will receive a tracking link or delivery update once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Free delivery may be offered for select products, promotions, or bulk orders within the UAE.

📭 Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed:

The courier will usually contact you to reschedule.

After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to our Dubai warehouse.

Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by providing your order ID and photos of the issue.

For bulky or heavy machinery, ground-level delivery is provided.
If additional setup, lifting, or installation is required, customers are requested to arrange the necessary equipment or manpower in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
